The Perfect Score takes place inside the Educational Testing Services main headquarters where five high school students break in to the building in hopes of getting the test answers to their upcoming Placement Tests.

The main set is the interior offices of the Educational Testing Services offices on the top floor of a building. The overall design of the set was modern, contemporary and a maize of cubicles. Because the tests that are administered have a series of oval circles that are filled in with a pencil. That became the underlying theme of the architecture and the decoration of the office space.

Additional sets include a garage apartment interior with the exterior built on location. Also a jail set, school counselors office and our main character’s bedroom.

Locations in the Vancouver area were scouted and picked for similarities to Princeton New Jersey.
